Business Coaching. After completion of the Entrepreneurial Training Academy Course, each client is scheduled to meet with a Business Coach to start their business development.

 
Business advice and access to business resources is essential to business growth. GCMI provides an in-depth one-on-one counseling and guidance program. Our Business Coaches will try to identify your business needs as well as your development needs as a business owner.  

Goals and priorities are set by both the Business Coach and client. Our goal is to develop an individual plan for each business owner and their business. Our mission is to assist the business owner in becoming successful!

GCMI provides navigation of the various obstacles that new business owners face. We will continue to help to locate and provide business resources that support your development and business growth.
