The Elite Coaching program provides Business Coaching as needed as well as consultation services in the area of Marketing and Information Technology.   GCMI Elite also offers its participants Three (3) months of accounting services to help the new business owners set up their financial management systems. 

The Elite program Business Coach will create a synergy of cooperation between the business owner and the consultants to help coordinate services, resources, and information.  GCMI Elite’s focus is to address the implementation of your Business Plan.
